Living in Canmore Alberta, the beautiful Rocky mountains, has been a dream come true. My husband and I started our journey together in Banff back in 2005. In 2022 we came full circle and moved to Canmore with our 3 kids.

Experience
I have been supporting families from Grande Prairie and Canmore since 2015. I have attended 50+ births as a doula in hospital and homebirth settings.
Purpose
Birth and nurturing families is the absolute pursuit of my life. My passion, my purpose, my gift. What I must do, what I am called to do. Honouring the birth journey, holding the birth space, empowering parents is a humbling role to hold. I have the deepest of gratitude and love for the families I've supported. I hold them in my hearts and those experiences inspire and guide my path each day.
