We'll start with a complimentary consultation to talk about your pregnancy, your hopes for your birth, and what kind of support feels right for you.

We'l prepare for your birth together, with in-depth prenatal sessions, birth planning and ongoing text, phone & email support throughout your pregnancy.

When labour begins, I'm there. Steady, hands-on support for you and your partner through labour, birth and those first hours together.

Support doesn't end when your baby arrives. We'll reconnect after birth to talk, process your experience, answer questions and support your transition into life with your new baby.
